🧬 Overview
The Turbinaria “Emerald Reef Cup” is a hardy LPS coral known for its cup-shaped growth structure and vibrant green coloration. Turbinaria corals gradually develop plating or cup-like formations that create unique vertical textures within reef aquascapes.

The combination of emerald-green tissue with subtle blue undertones gives this coral a natural reef appearance while still producing beautiful fluorescence under blue-spectrum lighting.

As the coral grows, it forms curved cups and layered plates, creating architectural structure and visual depth within the reef.

You will receive a healthy frag similar in size and colour to the reference photos. Natural variation between individual pieces is normal.

Selected for:
• Bright emerald-green coloration
• Subtle blue highlights and fluorescence
• Healthy tissue and active polyps
• Strong cup-forming skeletal structure
• Excellent colour response under reef LED lighting

🍽️ Care & Feeding
Turbinaria corals rely mainly on photosynthesis but benefit from occasional feeding.

Recommended feeding 1–2× weekly:
• Reef roids or powdered coral foods
• Fine plankton blends
• Broadcast feeding in moderate flow

📈 Optimal Parameters

Parameter | Ideal Range
Alkalinity (dKH) | 7.5–9
Calcium (Ca) | 420–450 ppm
Magnesium (Mg) | 1300–1400 ppm
Nitrate (NO₃) | 5–20 ppm
Phosphate (PO₄) | 0.03–0.10 ppm

📍 Placement
Place in the lower to mid areas of the aquascape where moderate lighting and gentle to moderate flow allow the coral to expand naturally.

Ensure enough surrounding space so the coral can develop its characteristic cup or plating growth.
