🧬 Overview
The Prism Cluster Goni is a rare, naturally fused Goniopora formation — bringing together four morphs in a single mini colony. With two vivid green heads, one deep scarlet red, and an ultra-luminous yellow polyp, this piece creates a visually stunning colour mosaic.
Ideal for collectors and aquascapers alike, this Goniopora offers not only diverse colouration, but dynamic movement as its tentacles sway independently in response to current. A centrepiece-worthy coral that blends complexity, harmony, and contrast in one.
🍽️ Care & Feeding
Feed 2–3 times per week with fine particle foods like phytoplankton, rotifers, reef roids, or coral blends enriched with amino acids. Consistent feeding enhances polyp extension and long-term vitality.
Keep away from aggressive LPS or SPS, as Goniopora tissue is sensitive to stings. Ensure water flow is random and indirect to avoid stress or retraction.
📈 Optimal Parameters
-
Alkalinity (dKH): 8–11
-
Calcium (Ca): 420–460 ppm
-
Magnesium (Mg): 1250–1350 ppm
-
Nitrate (NO₃): 5–15 ppm
-
Phosphate (PO₄): 0.03–0.08 ppm
📍 Placement
Best placed in mid to lower reef zones with gentle, varied water flow and moderate lighting. Strong blue spectrum will enhance the contrast between the yellow and red heads, while preserving the richness of the greens. Leave space around the colony to allow for polyp expansion.
