Overview
The Chilli Pepper Montipora is a cult-favourite among reefers for its electrifying colour contrast and encrusting-to-plating growth pattern. Its signature neon green tissue is densely dotted with vibrant red polyps that seem to simmer with energy — adding a bold punch of spice to any SPS section.
Highly photoreactive and fast-growing under ideal conditions, this coral becomes a visual centrepiece with minimal maintenance.
Care & Feeding
Primarily photosynthetic, but benefits from occasional broadcast feeding with reef roids or powdered coral foods. Maintain stable parameters and avoid placement near aggressive neighbours.
