🧬 Overview
The Pink Shades Green Acropora is an attractive unidentified Acropora sp. selected for its beautiful combination of pink pigmentation and fluorescent green tissue.
Rather than displaying a single solid colour, this Acropora develops several warm pink shades across its branches and corallites, contrasting against the greener areas of tissue. This gives the coral considerably more depth and variation as it grows.
Under blue/actinic lighting, the green becomes increasingly fluorescent, while the pink remains visible as a contrasting warmer tone. Under a more balanced spectrum, the different rose, dusty-pink and green shades become easier to appreciate.
As the exact species and lineage are unknown, we prefer not to assign an artificial collector name. Colour intensity can also evolve significantly according to lighting, nutrient availability and overall system stability.

🍽️ Care & Feeding
Acropora perform best in mature reef systems with stable water chemistry, strong lighting and powerful multidirectional flow. Maintaining measurable nitrate and phosphate is preferable to deliberately driving nutrients to zero.
Fine particulate SPS foods and amino acids may be offered as supplemental nutrition, but consistent alkalinity, salinity, lighting and nutrient availability remain considerably more important.

📍 Placement
Place in the middle to upper areas of the reef with strong, random and multidirectional water movement. Around 200–400 PAR after acclimation is a useful starting range for many Acropora, although individual requirements vary considerably.
