The SilverMoon is an elegant LED strip light made by GNC, a boutique lighting manufacturer from Italy. SilverMoon lights are produced using an extruded aluminum heatsink as the housing with no additional fans to cause noise or breakdown, and giving them a sleek look above any aquarium.
The SilverMoon is offered in four color spectrums, ReefBlu, Marine, Marine+, and Actinic. The deep blue for reef aquariums is generated by a mixture of Royal Deep Blue 450nM and Royal Blue 465nM LEDs that provide SilverMoon ReefBlu with the spectrum to keep SPS and LPS corals.
SilverMoon Marine offers a complete spectrum for marine aquariums and is great for SPS corals. This light comes with a mixture of 10,000 kelvin and Royal Blue 460nM white LEDs to encourage coral growth and development.
