🧬 Overview
The Euphyllia “Dragon Soul” Grade B offers the iconic structure and colour DNA of this famous torch morph, but with a softer, less gold-dominant expression. This results in a more balanced mix of yellow and green tones, often leaning slightly greener than high-end variants.
Despite the lower grade classification, it still delivers strong fluorescence and elegant movement, making it an excellent option for reef keepers looking for the Dragon Soul aesthetic at a more accessible level.
Under blue lighting, the green tips remain highly vibrant, ensuring the coral still stands out within a torch collection.
🧾 WYSIWYG / Selection Note
You will receive either the exact specimen shown or a carefully selected piece with similar colour balance and health.
Selected for:
• Classic Dragon Soul structure and movement
• Bright neon green tips
• Softer gold / more green tonal balance
• Good fluorescence under actinic lighting
• Excellent value collector morph
🍽️ Care & Feeding
Torch corals benefit from both photosynthesis and occasional feeding.
Recommended feeding occasionally:
• Mysis shrimp or finely chopped marine foods
• LPS pellets
• Broadcast feeding in stable systems
📈 Optimal Parameters
Parameter | Ideal Range
Alkalinity (dKH) | 7.5–8.5
Calcium (Ca) | 420–450 ppm
Magnesium (Mg) | 1300–1400 ppm
Nitrate (NO₃) | 5–15 ppm
Phosphate (PO₄) | 0.03–0.10 ppm
📍 Placement
